As I said, a bit of after-shock with a few aches and pains that cramped my style, but I'm not done yet. Anyhow, the pain has gone, the spirit revived. I'll be back running tomorrow. It's so far bypassed me though many of my friends have been struck down. I do hope you feel better soon. We still have to go on our first runs of 2018, having been floored by the Lurgy. Is it too much to hope that our chronic injuries may have benefited from the break? Sadly, I doubt it.Phreerunnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08551842487502221703noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-117707725943210131.post-68861621832930758192018-01-09T22:51:13.443+00:002018-01-09T22:51:13.443+00:00Oh no , come on Old Runningfox , I did not like ...Oh no , come on Old Runningfox , I did not like to see you on the last two pics where you look very sad and beaten by bad luck coming your way , I have never seen you like that before , it would be really scaring for us when a fighter like you , would surrender at this nasty accident of yours , get out running soon , all the best for you for a good recovery .
